EMS厂商NBS日前宣布在加利福尼亚圣克拉拉的总部工厂新增一条SMT生产线。NBS表示,终端客户需求的不断增长,使其架设第四条全自动SMT生产线成为必要。

The new line features Juki’s latest Model FX-3 modular high-speed placement system, and expands capacity to accommodate all up-to-date package styles including 01005, 0201, 0402, QFP, QFN, ball grid array (BGA), microBGA, and chip scale packages.

Juki’s award winning FX-3 placement system features IPC speed of 60K CPH and fits seamlessly into ultra-high-speed assembly lines delivering high accuracy and repeatability day after day at the lowest cost of ownership. Featuring powerful optimization software and quick-change feeder banks, the FX-3 sets the standard for electronics manufacturing uptime.
